Danielle est native de l’Outaouais, où elle habite encore avec sa famille. L’aquarelle fut son premier médium d’expression, qu’elle a ensuite troqué pour l’acrylique, qu’elle affectionne pour sa polyvalence et ses couleurs vibrantes.
Elle puise son inspiration dans la nature qui l’entoure, essentielle à son bien-être et à son imaginaire. C’est l’essence de cette nature qu’elle cherche à capter dans ses tableaux expressifs et lumineux.
Son travail se distingue par une gestuelle forte et spontanée, qui confère énergie et mouvement à ses compositions. Elle aime travailler en séries récurrentes, notamment des paysages d’hiver aux grands contrastes ainsi que des fleurs et des champs d’été plus colorés.

Danielle is from the Outaouais region, where she still lives with her family. Watercolour was her first medium of expression, but she later transitioned to acrylic paint, for its versatility and vibrant colours.
She draws inspiration from the nature around her, which is essential to her wellbeing and imagination. It is the essence of this natural world that she seeks to capture in her expressive, luminous paintings.
Her work is distinguished by bold, spontaneous brushwork that brings energy and movement to her compositions. She enjoys working in recurring series, including high-contrast winter landscapes and more colourful summer flowers and fields.
